I heard Kirby Wilbur on the radio!

December 30, 2009

Since my post: “Where’s Kirby Wilbur” I received calls that he was covering the Sean Hannity show Monday, and everyone is excited to know he is around and are looking forward to hearing future broadcasts. I have discussed Kirby in comment sections but the first post can provide you all the information you need to ask your local station to hear him on the radio: Where’s Kirby Wilbur?

Do you know what I like about Sean? When he refers to people as his “good friend” he doesn’t forget them. This is from Sean Hannity’s Website

Kirby Wilbur kicked off Monday’s Sean Hannity show with a press conference where President Obama finally addressed the attempted Christmas Day bombing of Flight 253 in Detroit. President Obama spent time highlighting the steps that the Obama Administration will be taking to prevent further issues. Karl Rove spent time today criticizing the Obama Administration’s decision to charge Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab in a criminal manner and not as an enemy combatant. Rove, in an interview on Fox News which can be seen here fumed, “This just shows the big difference in this administration’s approach to terrorism.” Rove continued, “This guy was treated not as an enemy combatant, and turned over to the FBI and the CIA for interrogation, he was charged criminally, which means he immediately lawyered up.” It’s a scary day when those who hate the United States get to benefit from our less than immediate justice system.

Michelle Malkin: “The System Worked?!”
Michelle Malkin joined Kirby on the NewsMaker hotline to discuss the latest controversies surrounding the Flight 253 bombings. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano made a huge controversial statement this past weekend that has enraged many, including Michelle, when she told CNN “ One thing I’d like to point out is that they system worked and everybody played an important role.” Malkin angrily replied, “If the system “had worked, the U.S. consular officials who granted Abdul Farouk Abdulmutallab a short-term visa last June would have revoked it immediately upon being informed by his father that he was a Muslim radical with al Qaeda ties.” Kirby agreed with Michelle and added, “This is further evidence that the government just doesn’t get it and until they do, we’ll continue to have incidents like 253.” We’re just really lucky that we have passengers who stand up for them selves and protect us against these types of attacks. Once again, individual Americans doing what government cannot. You have to visit Michelle Malkin’s website for more of her clever writings on this subject.

Conservative Movies of 2009
Kirby brought his friend and Conservative commentator, John Kehrli, on the show to talk about the best conservative movies of 2009. Kehrli’s website,, has added a movie review section where the latest movies are evaluated from a conservative standpoint. Want to know which movies are best for your family to see? Take a look here.
